Apex-Nova (Private) Limited is the data controller for information collected through this website and for any engagement contracted with the company, regardless of which brand delivers the work.

Information we collect and why

We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to deliver work you have commissioned.

• Identity and contact detailsYour name, email address and phone number, so we can reply and manage the engagement.
• Organisation informationCompany, sector and role, so advice is relevant to your actual context.
• Enquiry contentWhat you tell us about your problem, goals, timeline and budget when you contact us.
• Communication historyA record of our correspondence, so continuity survives across a long engagement.
• Technical dataStandard server and analytics data such as approximate location, device and referring page.

We never request passwords, and we do not ask for financial credentials beyond what a payment provider needs to process an invoice.

How information moves between our brands

Because the arms exist to work together, an enquiry may be routed internally — this is the single most important thing to understand about how we handle your data.

• Internal routingIf your enquiry is better answered by Anchormont or Oak Palette, we share it internally within Apex-Nova (Private) Limited so the right specialists can respond.
• Not a third-party transferBoth brands are wholly owned parts of the same legal entity, so this is internal handling, not disclosure to an outside company.
• Your choiceIf you would rather your enquiry stay with one brand only, say so in your message and we will honour it.

How we use your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the business — hosting, email, analytics and payment processing. Each is bound to handle data only on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Engagement records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards only for the period tax and contract law requires.

Your rights

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of what we hold.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
